The Train Station including Beef and Beats
Book The Train Station for your Beef and Beats event night campsite.
This campsite has been taken for these nights. Pick another and your dates are kept.
Yellowstone Ranch has their "Train Station" but we have one too. Only you don't "drop off" your undesirables here but take them to one of the regions best private views of Brisbane and Wyaralong Dam.
It is incredibly private with its own chain gate you can lock behind you so no one can follow you up and disturb you.
You'll need a higher clearance 4WD to get up the steep slope with loose surfaces. However, that's not meant to be a detraction! Enjoy the challenge before soaking up the views in privacy at the top.
By the way, we don't offer a refund if you don't make it so make sure you're up for it! ๐
Unlike the Drovers Attick, this site can accommodate two vehicles if required.
Please note that we are inviting you to stay on our farm and as such our sites are pristine and we would like to keep them like that for others to enjoy. As such, we do not have amenities on our property and kindly request that all waste is removed. If you are looking to be driving around a property, please check out Swan Gully 4wd park. This site is accessed through Upper Allan Creek Rd and only designated, booked sites are to be utilized.

What guests say about The Train Station
Guests describe The Train Station as one of the finest views they have ever camped with. From a flat clearing high on the hill it looks across Wyaralong Dam and the valleys to Brisbane on the horizon, with city lights after dark and memorable sunrises and sunsets. Privacy is its other defining quality. Campers lock the chain gate behind them and neither see nor hear another soul, which many say makes it a natural choice for anniversaries, proposals and couples' escapes. The steep, rocky 4WD climb comes up again and again as part of the fun, and the reward at the top is repeatedly called 'special' and '11/10'. Guests praise hosts Michael and Kate for clear directions and quick replies, and for checking in to make sure campers got up safely. Many say it is the best Hipcamp they have stayed at, and nearly all say they will be back. Worth knowing: A capable, high-clearance 4WD with low range is essential. The track has loose rock steps and is harder in the wet.
