Westy's Ridge including Beef and Beats

Book Westy's Ridge for your Beef and Beats event night campsite.

With 360 degree views of Scenic Rim landscape, Westy's Ridge feels on top of the world.

High up on the top of a ridge that runs through our property, this site is suited to swags, tents off-road caravans and camper trailers. You will usually experience amazing Sunrises and sunsets from this flat site with Beaudesert lights to the East and rolling hills and valleys to the west.

Westy's has a hilly and slightly bumpy approach with a narrow road in one section. 4WD and offroad trailers are recommended.

NOTE Due to Westy's Ridge sitting on a narrow ridge, this is the only site on the property that may have other campers coming through to access other sites further down the line. If you want to be guaranteed of your own private space, then perhaps consider "Rodeo Ridge" or "Juburra Central" which are the sites that are accessed through Westy's Ridge.

Please note that we are inviting you to stay on our farm and as such our sites are pristine and we would like to keep them like that for others to enjoy. As such, we do not have amenities on our property and kindly request that all waste is removed. If you are looking for 4wding or to be driving around a property, please check out Swan Gully 4wd park. Only designated, booked sites are to be utilized.

What guests say about Westy's Ridge

Westy's Ridge sits right on top of the ridge, and guests rave about its 360-degree views across the Scenic Rim. They describe sunrise and sunset from the same chair, and hot air balloons lifting off from Beaudesert at dawn. Guests call it 'breathtaking' and 'one of the best views in the Scenic Rim'. Many are amazed that a site this peaceful and private is only about ten minutes from town, with full phone reception and an easy, well-signed drive in. Dogs run free, cows wander up to say hello and the campfire is a highlight. Guests praise the hosts' kindness, from riding by on horseback to drop in, to driving out to guide campers in, jump-starting a ute and moving a group to shelter when the wind picked up. It holds a perfect 100% rating. Worth knowing: The ridge has no shade and can be windy, so bring a gazebo and good tie-downs. Other campers may drive past to reach sites further along.
