What type of vehicle do I need?
A majority of our campsites are suitable for four wheel drive vehicles only. This is because access is via unsealed farm tracks not suitable for low-clearance vehicles or low-slung caravans.
However we do have the River Beach Communal Campsite area which is suitable for two wheel drive vehicles.
Are there toilets and showers?
All Juburra’s campsites are self-contained camping: you are expected to bring your own toilet arrangements. At the end of your stay, please remove all waste, including toilet paper.

Is there drinking water?
At your campsite, you will need to bring your own as there is no water supply. At the event itself we will provide drinking water for all guests.
Is there mobile reception?
Yes, there is mobile coverage across the property, including at the campsites. In an emergency, phone the event organisers on the number in your booking confirmation.
What kind of camping is this?
Off-grid and self-contained. There are no powered sites, so bring a fully self-sufficient setup including your own water, power (if desired), bedding and cooking gear, and a way to manage your own waste.
Do I need to pack out my rubbish?
Yes. We ask everyone to follow the Leave No Trace approach: pack and take home everything you bring in, including food scraps, and leave your site exactly as you found it. There will be limited rubbish bins at the event location but all rubbish produced by guests at their individual campsites must be removed by guests.
Can I drive my own vehicle around the property?
No. Once your vehicle is parked in its allocated spot it must stay there until your departure day.
No guest may drive their own vehicle between their campsite and the event hub at any time. All guest transport is by the host-driven farm buggy shuttle, which keeps everyone safe on dark, unsealed tracks shared with livestock. The shuttle will be the only vehicle permitted to transit anywhere on the property during the event weekend.
Is there a speed limit on the property?
Yes, a strict 10 km/h on all farm tracks, gates and driveways — for the safety of pedestrians, farm dogs, wildlife and livestock. Extra care must be taken in the event of rain as roads can become slippery.

Ross Weber, live - with a country flavour that suits the setting perfectly!
What's on the menu?
Beautifully cooked beef by Josh Harris included in the event package price. Food service starts from around 6:00 pm.
Is there a vegetarian option?
No - it's beef only! If that doesn't suit you, please bring your own food.
Is alcohol included?
No. Alcohol is strictly BYO and none is sold on site, so bring whatever you would like to drink.
Free drinking water and soft drinks will be provided at the event area.
Can I bring glass bottles?
No. Glass is banned everywhere on the property. Broken glass is dangerous for livestock, pets and farm operations long after the event. Please bring cans or plastic only.
What if I've had too much?
You are responsible for your own drinking. Our hosts and staff can step in, and reserve the right to evict anyone who becomes unsafe to other guests, the hosts, the property, livestock or property and equipment.
I have a food allergy or dietary requirement — what should I do?
Get in touch before the event and we'll tell you exactly what is in the food so you can make an informed choice. We cook in a farm setting, though, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or avoid cross-contact. If your allergy is serious, please bring food you know is safe for you. Guests eat at their own risk.
How do I get from my campsite to the event area?
We come and get you. From 4:00 pm the event hosts start pickup rounds in the farm buggy, calling in at each campsite to collect anyone ready to head to the event area so you can be there in good time for the 5:00 pm star! You do not need to book a spot, walk, or drive yourself.
What if I'm not ready when the buggy comes past?
Not a problem. The hosts will run several rounds of the shuttle until every guest has been collected and brought down to the event area, so you will be picked up on a later pass.
What time does the event finish?
Between 8 and 9pm. Organisers reserve the right to call an earlier finish on the night for any reason and will let guests know if this happens.
How do I get back to my campsite?
The same farm buggy shuttle service will run you back to your booked campsite. Return runs will start from around 7:30 pm and continue until we have returned all guests safely to their campsites.
If you would like to return to your campsite at a time outside the hosts shuttle runs, just ask one of the event hosts and we will get you back to your site as soon as we reasonably can. Event staff will make sure that everyone gets a farm buggy shuttle back to their campsite.
Can I stay at the event area past when it finishes?
The event officially ends at 9pm and all guests remaining at the event area will be shuttled back to their campsites at this time.

This is Queensland, and we’ll run the event rain or shine unless severe weather causes us to postpone or cancel for safety reasons. Pack for mud and for heat.
Is there shelter at the event area if it rains?
There is limited shelter at the event area, so guests are advised to pack accordingly - a raincoat and warm layers are a good idea whatever the forecast says.
